The up to date map has a different background color. There are two
reasons for this:
1. I don't really have any clue what coastline data I'm supposed to be
using, and without that, the map is going to look different no
matter what I do.
2. I wanted something to differentiate between the main map and
Up-to-Date; I chose the slight background color difference.
