[OSM-dev] Unused z10 and z11 stylesheets

Hi all,

looking at the z10 and z11 stylesheets in osmarender those two files
seem unused and unmaintained. TilesAtHome is not using those two
stylesheets but is generating z10 and z11 from the captionless tiles by
stitching and adding captions.

Is anything still using those two files or would it be ok to remove them?

They would be still available from svn if somebody wants to resurrect
them in the future. Removing them would reduce clutter and make it
easier to understand osmarender (and safe some bandwidth on checkout *g*).
