[OSM-dev] Traveling Salesman - developer forum

As I was asked about this multiple times now,
I'd like to announce that there now is a forum
on sourceforge open for discussing topics about
the development of the Traveling Salesman navigation-system
and the included libraries OSMNavigation and LibOSM
as well as the osmosis-plugins that are and will be
part of LibOSM.
