Right now there is no easy path for installing and getting a XAPI instance
running. My top priority is bringing one or two of the public XAPI
instances back to life.
Once they are up to date and stable, then my next priority is to make a
proper install kit so that we can get more XAPI instances, both public and
private, rolled out.
TRAPI and ROMA will give you all data for a Z12 sized bounding box and are
optimised for tiles at home. This may or may not be suitable for your needs.
I don't know the status of any of the TRAPI or ROMA servers.
