[OSM-dev] Where have the coastline shapefiles gone?

Sorry, this is due to a bug in our test caching setup.

Temporary URLs should work:
http://tileserv.openstreetmap.org/world_boundaries-spherical.tgz
http://tileserv.openstreetmap.org/shoreline_300.tar.bz2

NOTE: These URLs will go away once testing has ended.
