[OSM-dev] Proposal: dynamic data on OSM map

Hi All!
I've been looking for wifi point on map - but now they are limited by
bars/cafe with wifi - other places are risky - they may change too often. I
believe, the same situation with other objects - like road on
reconstruction, or temporary directions change, etc... Maybe, it has a sence
to make it overlay, like Maplint?
