[OSM-dev] osm2pgsql segfaults when readinga style file with more than MAX_STYLES styles

I ran into this bug when using a custom style with osm2pgsql:

I don't know if any of the osm2pgsql developers watches trac bugs so I
thought I'd send it here too.

This is a hack I applied as a temporary workaround:
