[OSM-dev] Rake problems when installing OSM site

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a '1:1' copy of OSM web site to test a data 
migration. I have followed all the wiki instructions and everything is 
fine, but when I try to run 'rake db:migrate' fails saying that it 
doesn't know how to build the task.

Then I tried to set the env variable to development and rake db:migrate 
worked fine, but if I run 'rake test' there are more than 170 errors. Is 
this normal?

Then I run the server and everything seems to work fine. I'm on a Ubuntu 
8.04 server LTS on a VirtualBox and I use postgre 8.3 as a dbms.

Any hints on what I'm doing wrong?
