[OSM-dev] Track coloring with dilution of precision in JOSM

Hi,

We recently added support for dilution of precision values in OSMTracker to be
able to visualize how precise the track is. But JOSM seems to interpret the dop
values in a strange way. Good dop values (around 1-3) cannot be differed from
bad dop values (7-9). Is this a bug or a feature? ;)
