[OSM-dev] Revert needed, what to do?

Hi

The West Bank crew has had problems with their upload of JumpStart collected data. I want to get a clean slate, and do the process myself this time.
I've tried deleting the data in JOSM, but it's not being cooperative.

What are the tools to handle reverts? Anyone have any pointers?


FYI, these are the changesets that need undoing.
