[OSM-dev] OSMOSIS: Problems Importing Data

Is there a way to use JOSM to add those attributes?  I'm looking through
the tool and its documentation, and I do not see how to do it.  I've
also looked at Merkaartor, and I don't see it there, either.

The error is in Osmosis reading the XML, not at all related to your
database. The problem is that Osmosis is expecting more attributes in
the element, namely: version, user, uid, timestamp and changeset. The
file you've created with JOSM doesn't have those, obviously.
