[OSM-dev] Compile errors in openstreetmap-applications/editors/josm/plugins/czechaddress

For now i disabled the following plugins, since the do not compile ...

        <ant antfile="build.xml" target="dist" dir="waydownloader"/>
        <ant antfile="build.xml" target="dist" dir="piclayer"/>
        <ant antfile="build.xml" target="dist" dir="czechaddress"/>
        <ant antfile="build.xml" target="dist" dir="duplicateway"/>
        <ant antfile="build.xml" target="dist" dir="grid"/>
    </target>

As soon as the source/build.xml is fixed the can be enabled again.
