[OSM-dev] Osmosis and dbType

Hi Andreas,

The dbType argument wasn't available in osmosis version 0.31.

It is available in the nightly build.

Apologies for the confusion, I normally try to keep the wiki aligned 
with the latest released version (ie. 0.31) but this one has slipped 
through the cracks.
