[OSM-dev] Inverted Coastlines

Hi  All,

Anyone tried to create inverted coastlines? - So, oceans are polygons and
islands/continents are "holes". I'm tried to use this code:

http://trac.openstreetmap.org/browser/applications/utils/coastcheck

but it doesn't assemble.

Does anyone know how to get working version of coastchecker or other ways to
create/obtain inverted polygons?
