[OSM-dev] Is fully quailfied url not allowed here?

Hi 

As long i have a GPX file just beside the html and load it with 

var mytracks = new OpenLayers.Layer.GML("Tracks", "tracks.gpx", ..

all is OK, but when i use a qualified URL with "http://.." it want work
anymore, even something like "../../otherfolder/tracks.gpx" will not work.

How to do that?

Something wrong?
