[OSM-dev] Current planet file is broken

Hi,

    the current planet file,

0ff0e831cddc2f9de83b431d5ee6b490  planet-091007.osm.bz2,

is a valid XML file because it contains this:

   <relation id="282430" timestamp="2009-10-07T14:02:21Z" version="3" 
changeset="2770333" user="xybot" uid="70696">
     <member type="node" ref="31087133" role="contains: 
tmc:cid_58:tabcd_1:locationcode=3798 "worpswede""/>

(IMHO the creator of that relation deserves some bollocking which I have 
meted out on talk-de but the bug clearly lies with the planet dump 
utility which did not properly escape relation roles, thus the invalid 
quotes above.)

I have fixed the planet dump utility (can someone make sure it gets 
checked out on the server creating the dumps?) and will also manually 
fix my planet file; if anyone is interested I can upload the fixed file 
to somewhere but that'd take a few hours.
