The tiles are at http://ooc.openstreetmap.org/os1

There are similar at http://ooc.openstreetmap.org/npe and
http://ooc.openstreetmap.org/os7

Only the npe layer covers the built of the uk. Check the ooc viewer to see
areas with data when testing. These above three layers are available
currently.
