[OSM-dev] osm2pgsql / diff / upercase tag

Hi,

Maybe this case is known (also a google search didn't pointed me to it) but 
osm2pgsql diff adding mode fails when there is a tag with upercase caracters

Sorry if that bug report is in the wrong place :
