Thanks. I will try using the rails production environment.
I'm talking about a API call like this:
http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map?bbox=16.360015,48.208741,16.365529,48.211579
... on my own server. I thought that it would be faster on my server
because it is basically idle otherwise.
What is api.openstreetmap.org using for exporting to xml? The C based
exporter or the rails_port?
