[OSM-dev] [Bing Maps] Bird eye photos allowed?

Hi,

Do someone knows if we are allowed to use the bird eye aerial photos from
Bing in our editors?
At at least one spot, it could solve a misalignement of the "plain" aerial
tiles at lowest zoom level...
