[OSM-dev] Data overlay in Slippy Map: Why not display details immediately with object tags?

Hi,

Does anybody know who programmed the Slippy Map web fontend,
especially the nice new "Data" layer?

I'd like to suggest the following: Why not display all details? The
weblink "Details" could remain the same but renamed to "Browse"
(object).

I'm observing many users to search for the osm_id, click on "Details".
That's ok (except one click more :->). But then, they want to go back
to the Data which is not possible anymore: the window keeps the extent
but with data layer switched off).

Usually there's enough space in the tab and I think that least the
osm_id should be known internally at time of the data display.
