[OSM-dev] Node stuck in the database?

I'm not sure whether this is the right venue, but I was directed here from
IRC.
I can't upload a changeset (from JOSM); the upload seems to hang on node
37521665. I've had a few problems with this set of changes and I finally
dialed JOSM down to sending one object at a time. Every other object
seems to be uploaded perfectly well, but when it hits that node (which I
moved), it prints
PUT http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/node/37521665...
on the console, displays "Uploading node: '37,521,665' (id: 37,521,665)"
in the upload progress dialog box, and just sits there like that until I
cancel the upload. I'm using JOSM 3739, though the past couple testing
builds have all had the same issue, as does the current tested release,
3701.
Occasionally, I've had things stall on nodes 37521667 and 37719724.
This seems like a database issue, but could it be something in my upload
that's causing problems?
