[OSM-dev] JOSM links in tagstat

Matthias,

Sorry, I'm connected throw the network of my school and i don't have any
idea about the responsible.

Now I wanna work with JOSM in order to understand well how to develop an
API. I've already downloaded JOSM, but i still don't know how to accede to
the code and how to study it.
