[OSM-dev] "All Edits by User" tool

Hi again,

I remember during the rapid discussion around the licence vote early December
2009, some talk that there would be a tool that could collect (or identify) all
edits by a particular username.

Did this initiative ever get off the ground?


Forgive me if there's already documentation on it; a brief web search didn't
turn up very much.
