[OSM-dev] Haiti need: GetLatLon for OpenStreetMap

Hi Mikel,

CloudMade's Web Maps API makes this pretty easy:

http://developers.cloudmade.com/projects/web-maps-lite/examples/basic-events

Should be v. quick to centre the map on Haiti or add geocoding to
search from the location.
