[OSM-dev] API down, my addresses blacklisted by IRC

I was having trouble connecting to the API server, so I thought I'd try to
use the IRC channel to mention it. I don't have a local IRC client, so I
tried to use http://irc.openstreetmap.org/irc.cgi . It said

*** Access Denied: Found in DNS black list dnsbl.dronebl.org (your IP is
71.93.135.xxx, result: ai_family not supported)

OK - I've seen this before. Someone in my neighborhood does something evil
so they blacklist the whole subnet. So, I added a route entry to use my
backup ISP for net 89.16.177.0/24, tried again, and got:

*** Access Denied: Found in DNS black list dnsbl.dronebl.org (your IP is
71.177.152.xxx, result: ai_family not supported)

If I go to dronebl.org and look up either address, it says:

"No incidents regarding <address> were found in DroneBL's incident tracking
system. This means that your IP is not listed in DroneBL."

I don't understand. API seems back up now, so I guess I'll just go back to
mapping :(
