This is unfortunately for osm2pgsql which does not use

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Database_schema

that is needed by cgimap that in turn is needed by JOSM. Afaik
osm2pgsql is only good for mapnik and nothing else. I'd be happy to
be proven wrong though ;-)
