[OSM-dev] Map Kibera internships

Hi all

Our projects in Kibera have been growing fast, and we have great
opportunities opening up for adventurous and enthusiastic people. We're looking for interns to fill 4 positions, including 1 OSM Hacker, who'd take on responsibility in training and technical development. This particular role could be either on the ground, or possibly remote.
