? I've not been blocked by anyone, but do not always get a reply. If the 
user never logs into openstreetmap.org via the web interface and does not 
read mail sent to the email address that they have registered, they will 
never see the messages. In this case, it would be nice if the editors (e.g. 
JOSM, Potlatch) told them they had messages to read and directed them to them.
