[OSM-dev] compile error on osm2pgsql for Macosx + Patch

Hi Michael, I've seen this as well and reported here:

http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/3027.

It's interesting that you can remove the reference altogether, I was able to get things to compile by adding malloc/malloc.h. Not sure about the right solution.

I also updated the homebrew build script [1] with that patch, so I'll need to update that when this gets fixed in trunk.
