The idea sounds nice, but the comment spam i've seen mostly comes from
zombies...

BTW, http:BL (http://www.projecthoneypot.org/httpbl.php) helps judging
ip addresses, but problems are as always with blacklists (they have a
delay and they are not free of false positives). But it helps estimating
the reputation... (for instance i would at least moderate signups and
blog posts coming from a listed ip)
