Hmmm the procedure ist normally:
1. find the sequenceNumber corrsponding to your date and save it
2. fetch /minute-replicate/state.txt
3. count from the number saved before to the one named in state.txt
3.1. fetch the changeset file
3.2 process it
3.3. save the last processed sequenceNumber
4. wait a minute, then start with 2. again

The heavies task is 1. Maybe we could set up a database for this task..
