Hi all,
Earlier this month at FOSSGIS in Heidelberg there was quite some discussion
around working with the full history planet and easier ways to work with
historical OSM data through a 'history API'. Historical analysis becomes
more important for OSM for visualization, analysis and retracing vandalism
and other unwanted behavior. So we got to talking about organizing a hack
weekend for this - and other - topics.
We have secured the weekend of 10-12 June at the wonderful LinuxHotel. There
is no external funding as yet, but LinuxHotel has a great deal for
communities: EUR 60 for a shared room or EUR 90 for a single room, including
breakfast, use of common rooms, internet etc.
More details on the wiki page here -->

Add your name there if you want to join and more suggestions for topics.
There is a max of 15-20 people, depending on number of people sharing rooms.
See you in Essen!
