[OSM-dev] osm2pdf, bounding box and GEOFABRIK extract

Hi,

I noticed that the GEOFARBIK extract are now created with pbf2osm. It seems
that pbf2osm fails to insert a bound/bounds element like the old toolchain
did. Is this intentional?
