[OSM-dev] Planet from api06.dev?

Hi all,
I found at [1] that I can download a Planet-file from test06-folder [2].
But this folder is not existent.
Does anyone know where I can download a whole planet-file, or better with 
bbox, or even better from germany? This bbox [3] is too big.

I want to setup an apache2/mapnik for sandbox.
