[OSM-dev] patch for postgis svn latest (2.0) and postgres 9.0 on sid

Hi,
here is a small patch to workaround this error message using the lastest
version of debian with postgres 9.0 and postgis.

Need to patch
https://github.com/h4ck3rm1k3/osm2pgsql/commit/3b561b8995cb3eba29b61acdc656b0f31122929b
 resolves this problem

operator class "gist_geometry_ops" does not exist for access method "gist"

It has not been fully tested, but at least it does not crash while
importing.
