[OSM-dev] Datum shifting code (towgs84 parameters?)

Hi,
the referencing module of the geotoolkit library handle towgs84
parameters (http://www.geotoolkit.org/). it also have a xml parser for
osm, a client for api 0.6 and osm tms servers in geotoolkit-pending.
you can find several demo modules in the code. Ask if you have troubles ;)
