[OSM-dev] mobile application development

Hi,

I am new to OSM mobile application development. I want to write a mobile
application for Symbian S60 using python. I need to add nodes and edit tags
for existing features. Do you recommend live editing or download and upload
of the data? and is there any documentation for that?
