I can't see any obvious reason for this, and I don't really have a way 
to test it. The code that handles this is largely in the plugins we use 
rather than our code.

It looks like callbacks specified when the application is registered are 
working, but the code looks like it should be handling callbacks 
specified when the request token is generated as well.
