If you can't find the manual,
You should read the code.

Just upload the app to your server which support php interpreter, then open in the url via browser.
The index.php will show you the same page with http://staticmap.openstreetmap.de/

I know your boss ask you to use your own tile server, right?
Then you have to add it on staticmap.php and change the tileSrcUrl variable.
