[OSM-dev] Extended diffs

It will be a feature _really_ nice to have.

Other idea is that augmenting part can contain "previous" state for
database, and diff itself will contain new versions of objects, as
usual. Then it will become possible to apply or un-apply diffs for
some use cases, and do changes analytic.
