[OSM-dev] OSMstats lingo

Agreed, it's quite misleading. I don't know who makes those stats (to
be honest, this is the first I see of them) but the graph title could
do without the (week) bit. Also: 'Max. OSM user ID of a member with at
least one contribution' - what does that tell us?
