But I believe the torrents (or their tools) need to be updated.

planet-latest.osm.bz2.torrent, created 9/22 has planet-120822.osm.bz2 
inside.

planet-latest.osm.pbf.torrent, also created 9/22 has 
planet-120822.osm.pbf inside.

I'd love to keep a seed running for these, but not until I can find ones 
that actually host the new planet files.
