Hi all,
Any Overpass API knowledge-holders who know about augmented_diffs around?
So today an experiment by Ian Dees w/ some small hacks by myself got in
webmonkey:
http://www.webmonkey.com/2013/04/watch-openstreetmap-improve-in-real-time/
Cool! So, I've got a few questions, since the API that this hack relies on,
which Ian found in the Achavi project: http://overpass-api.de/achavi/ seems
to be entirely undocumented: the Augmented Diffs wiki page (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API/Augmented_Diffs ) documents
the format but not the endpoint, its query strings, and so on. Neither does
overpass-api.de (at least nowhere in English)
So: questions.
What does `info=yes` and `info=no` mean? Does the BBOX argument work, and
what argument order does it accept? Are there any other querystring
arguments that might be useful - for instance, a limit argument would be
wonderful, since right now the API returns 'all items', which is around
3.5MB gzipped per user per minute.
