[OSM-dev] Birthday Sprint - Opportunity to squash a bug in JOSM for HOT !

Hi,

Work is continuing on the HDM/HOT Styling for JOSM -
http://hot.openstreetmap.org/updates/hdmjosm For those unfamiliar, the
HDM/HOT josm styles displays OSM data within JOSM, the popular OSM editor,
to help you edit better in a HOT environment.

We're politely asking any java devs if they are interested:

There's a small bug in JOSM how it reads file paths for zip files - see
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/8686

Once fixed, it would streamline our development and testing, and more
importantly, by fixing this, our style would be automatically loaded in
JOSM's map style list and make it much easier for users to access.

If anyone knows java, the OSM Birthday anniversary this weekend is a great
opportunity to tackle this and hopefully this wouldn't be to painful to fix
for an experienced java dev.
