[OSM-dev] OpenJUMP reads OSM-XML data directly

Hi

Stefan Steiniger has made OpenJUMP to read OpenStreetMap XML data directly
without interim conversions. The new reader is re-using code from JOSM.

I feel that the next step in the development could be to make OpenJUMP to
query and read data directly from Overpass API or XAPI. OpenJUMP does
already have a http client so I guess it would not be an enormous
programming task to make such a query builder.
