[OSM-dev] railway = level_crossing not rendering

There was an issue related to this, which was fixed 2 weeks ago, however I'm not sure if this change has been deployed yet. If not, it will be in due course. https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/pull/98
