[OSM-dev] rails test failure

Hi!

I'm trying to install Rails port on Ubuntu 12.10 (or OpenSuse 12.2).

Everything done accordung to wiki, but on both systems the rake tests
fail with same error:

Errors running test:functionals! #<RuntimeError: Command failed with

What can be the problem and what to do?
