Hi Deepak!

I'm happy to hear you're interested in applying for GSoC 2013. There are
several places where you can discuss your ideas:

- The #osm and #osm-dev IRC channels on the OFTC network are a good way to
get immediate feedback
- You can post to this (osm-dev) mailing list
- You can also post your idea to the wiki here:
