0.42 will make the Dynamic id tracker type the default across all tasks so
everything should just work, it won't update BitSet and IdList to be 64-bit
capable.

I don't think the 64-bit page states that all index types will work in
0.42, although I guess it could be interpreted that way.  I'll probably
remove the idTrackerType option completely in 0.42 to avoid any confusion.
